摘要
风电大规模发展对温室气体减排、应对全球气候变化具有重要意义。介绍我国风电的初步开发规划和布局特点,提出促进我国风电可持续发展的思路,建立一套完整的电力系统风电消纳能力研究方法,研究适应风电大规模发展的电源结构及布局、风电的开发规模及消纳市场等重大问题,最后分析风电等清洁能源大规模开发对我国优化能源结构和减少温室气体排放的贡献度。
Large-scale development of wind power has great significance in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emission and addressing climate changes. This paper introduces the preliminary planning and distribution characteristics of wind power development in China, proposes some thoughts on sustainable development of wind power and a full set of analytical methods on wind power consumption capability. Several important issues are also studied, such as power sources structure and distribution adaptable to large-scale wind power development, the development scale and consumption market of wind power. In the end, the paper analyzes the significance of large-scale development of such clean energy resources as wind power in optimizing the energy consumption structures in China and reducing GHG emission.
