摘要
目的:建立一种可以快速提取和测定血清中的视黄醇的检测方法。方法:采用视黄醇乙酸酯作为内标,AgilentEclipse XDB-C18柱(5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm)液相色谱柱分离,甲醇-水(体积比98∶2)作为流动相,二级管阵列为检测器,反相色谱法测定血清中的视黄醇的含量进行检测。结果:样品加标回收率为88.2%~106.5%;视黄醇最低检出限为0.020μg/ml。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、准确的优点可用于血清中的视黄醇的检测。
Objective:To establish a method for rapid extraction and determination of serum retinol.Methods: Retinol acetate was taken as internal standard,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm) column was used for separation,methanol-water with the volume ratio of 98∶ 2 was taken as mobile phase,DAD was taken as detector and reverse phase chromatography was used for detection of serum retinol level.Results: The recovery of samples was 88.2%~106.5%;the LOD for retinol was 0.020 μg/ml.Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.It can be used for analysis of serum retinol.
