摘要
分析了我国以及河北省阜平县的枣资源和红枣产业的市场前景。针对红枣作为阜平县的主要支柱产业,存在生产组织化程度低,深加工产品少,红枣营销体系混乱等一系列问题,从转变产业发展模式,完善服务体系,加强安全生产管理等几个方面提出了做大做强阜平县红枣产业的具体措施。
Red date resources and the market prospect of red date industry of Fuping county of Hebei province and the whole country were analyzed.Red date industry was the main pillar industry of Fuping county,but it has many problems,such as low level of the organization,less deep processing products,disordered marketing system.Then,the specific measures of strengthening and expanding red date industry in Fuping county were proposed from the aspects of changing industry development model,perfecting service system,strengthening the administration of production safety and so on.
