摘要
目的:探讨多叶越南槐的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法,0.6%醋酸所致扭体法,ANIT所致急性肝损伤法,ADP诱导急性肺栓塞法,免疫器官重量和小鼠负重游泳等实验方法,观察多叶越南槐抗炎镇痛、抗肝损伤、抗肺栓塞、免疫增强和抗疲劳等药理作用。结果:多叶越南槐大小剂量组均能减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀,减少小鼠扭体次数;降低肝损伤小鼠转氨酶活性,缩短小鼠恢复自主活动时间,增加小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,延长小鼠游泳时间。结论:多叶越南槐具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、抗肝损伤、抗肺栓塞,免疫增强和抗疲劳作用。
Objective：To study the pharmcological action of Sophora tonkinensis polyphylla.Methods：The actions of anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-liver injury,anti-pulmonary embolism,immune and anti-fatigue were observed using the menthods of ear swelling,0.6% acetic acid twisting,ANIT-induced acute liver injury,ADP-induced acute pulmonary embolism,the weight of immune organs and burden swimming in mice.Results：The Sophora tonkinensis polyphylla at high and low doses groups could decreased ear weights,decreased body twisting times,decreased transaminase activity of liver injury,shorted recovery time of independent activities,increased the weights of thymus and spleen,extend the swimming time in mice.Conclusion：Sophora tonkinensis polyphylla has the actions of anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-liver injury,anti-pulmonary embolismImmune,immunoenhancement and anti-fatigue.
