摘要
利用硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺柱层析等方法,提取分离甜茶叶中非甜茶甙类化学成分,分离纯化得到6个化合物,并采用IR、NMR、质谱等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。这6个化合物分别鉴定为斯特维单糖甙(13-O-β-D-glucosyl-steviol)、舒格罗克甙(ent-16,17-dihydroxy-3-one-kaurane17-O-D-glucoside)、软脂酸(palmitic acid)、斯特维醇(steviol)、对映-16α-17-二羟基-贝壳杉烷-19-羧酸(ent-16α-17-dihydroxy-kanuran-19-oic acid)和金丝桃甙(Quercetin-3-β-D-galactoside)。
The chemical constituents of Rubus Suavissimus leaves was studied and excepted rubusoside. six compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and polyamide resin. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral data analyses such as IR, NMR and so on. Their structures were identified as 13-O-β-D-glucosyl-steviol, ent-16, 17-dihydroxy-3-one-kauranel7-O-D- glucoside, palmitic acid, steviol, ent-16α-17-dihydroxy-kanuran-19-oic acid, and Quercetin-3-β-D- galactoside.
