三拗汤及加味对TMA致大鼠哮喘模型气道炎症的影响 被引量:7

Effects of San'ao Decoction and its Modification on Airway Inflammation of TMA-invoked Rat Asthma Model

摘要 目的初步探讨三拗汤及加味对职业性哮喘的作用。方法 45只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、三拗汤组和三拗汤加味组(各9只)。相应药物给药6d后取血做嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数,取支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)做细胞分类计数,肺组织切片观察肺组织病理改变。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组血液中嗜酸性粒细胞数、BALF中白细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞数亦显著升高(P<0.01)。给药组血液中嗜酸性粒细胞数明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);BALF中白细胞总数降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)、嗜酸性粒细胞含量降低(P<0.01),其中三拗汤加味组的作用更为明显,同时BALF中淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞也降低(P<0.01)。病理显示各给药组大鼠肺部病变减轻。结论三拗汤及三拗汤加味对TMA致大鼠职业性哮喘有一定的治疗作用,且加味治疗作用似有加强。 OBJECTIVE To preliminarily investigate the effects of San'ao Decoction and its modification on professional asthma.METHODS 45 rats were randomly divided into normal control group(9 rats) and model group(36 rats).TMA sensitization and stimulating method was adopted to duplicate professional asthma model.Rat model group was randomly divided into model group,dexamethasone group,San'ao Decoction group and Modified San'ao Decoction group on average according to weight and eosinophil count in blood.After treating 6 days with corresponding drugs,blood was drew to make eosinophil count,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)to make the count of cell categorization and histological slices of the left lung to observe pathological changes.RESULTS Compared with normal control group,the number of eosionphils in blood,the total number of white cells in BALF,the number of eosionphils,lymphocytes and neutrophils in model group also dramatically increased(P0.01);the number of eosionphils in blood in each group obviously decreased(P0.05,P0.01);the total number of white cells in BALF reduced(P0.05,P0.01);The content of eosionphils in BALF lowered down(P0.01) and lymphocytes and neutrophils in BALF in Modified San'ao Decoction group diminished(P0.01).CONCLUSION San'ao Decoction and Modified San'ao Decoction have therapeutic effects on TMA-invoked rat professional asthma to a certain extent,and the therapeutic effects of the like seem to be enhanced.
