摘要
目的观察三拗片治疗急性支气管炎和慢性支气管炎急性发作期风寒袭肺证的临床疗效。方法将80例急性支气管炎和慢性支气管炎急性发作期风寒袭肺证患者给予三拗片治疗7 d,观察患者治疗当日、第5天与第7天临床症状咳、痰、喘的变化。结果三拗片对急、慢性支气管炎急性发作期风寒袭肺证患者的总有效率为93.75%,对主症咳嗽、咳痰和喘息具有明显改善作用。结论三拗片可改善急性支气管炎和慢性支气管炎急性发作期风寒袭肺证患者的临床症。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis in acute stage with syndrome of wind-cold attacking lung with San′ao tablets.Methods Eighty cases of acute and chronic bronchitis in acute stage with syndrome of wind-cold attacking lung were treated with San′ao tablets for 7 days.The changes of clinical symptoms such as cough,sputum,wheeze were observed on the first day,the fifth and the seventh day.Results The total efficacy rate of San′ao tablets for treating acute and chronic bronchitis in acute stage with syndrome of wind-cold attacking lung was 93.75%.The main symptoms such as cough,expectoration and wheeze were significantly relieved.Conclusion San′ao tablets have an obvious clinical effect on acute and chronic bronchitis in acute stage with syndrome of wind-cold attacking lung.
