加味三拗汤纳米贴对下呼吸道感染患儿血清TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-13水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的测定下呼吸道感染患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)及白细胞介素13(inlerleukin-13,IL-13)浓度变化,观察患儿临床症状积分变化及不良反应发生率,评价加味三拗汤纳米贴治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择符合诊断标准的192例小儿下呼吸道感染患儿,检测血清TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-13水平及治疗前、后记录其症状积分,分析炎性细胞因子水平变化及治疗前、后的症状积分情况。结果加味三拗汤纳米贴能明显降低小儿下呼吸道感染的症状积分,降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-13含量。结论加味三拗汤纳米贴能有效改善小儿下呼吸道感染的症状,其机制可能是通过调节血清TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-13含量实现的,经济、安全、方便、依从性好。
