摘要
目的研究血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与2型糖尿病早期糖尿病肾病和/或视网膜病变的相关性。方法选择65例血清肌酐水平正常的2型糖尿病患者,其中正常白蛋白尿者30例,微量白蛋白尿者20例,白蛋白尿者15例;有视网膜病变者30例,无视网膜病变者35例。采取酶联免疫吸附技术检测所有患者血浆VEGF浓度。结果血浆VEGF水平与糖尿病肾病的严重程度有关。血浆VEGF水平微量白蛋白尿者高于正常白蛋白尿者,而白蛋白尿者最高。伴有视网膜病变者血浆VEGF水平明显高于无视网膜病变者。结论 2型糖尿病患者血浆VEGF水平的升高与早期糖尿病肾病的程度和视网膜病变的发生相关。
Objective It is to study the correlation between plasma vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） with early stage of diabetic nephropathy or/and diabetic retinopathy.Methods Sixty five cases of patients with type 2 diabetic and normal serum creatinine were chosen,in which there were 30 cases of normoalbuminuric,20 microalbuminuric ones,and 15 proteinuric ones;30 cases with retinopathy and 35 cases without retinopathy.Plasma VEGF concentration of all the patients was measured by a quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique.Results Plasma VEGF level was related to the severe degree of diabetic nephropathy.VEGF level of microalbuminuric patients was significantly higher than that of normoalbuminuric ones,but lower than proteinuric ones.Among type 2 diabetic patients,those with retinopathy had a marked higher VEGF level than those without retinopathy.Conclusion Elevation of plasma VEGF level is related to early stage of diabetic nephropathy and retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients.
