摘要
从城乡公共服务均等化的视角,重新审视和整合公共图书馆、高校图书馆、科研机构图书馆等不同类型图书馆的资源。以宁波市数字图书馆为案例,论述如何通过建立由政府主导、跨系统组成的区域图书馆联盟并将其作为服务主体,形成宽覆盖、高效率、低成本的信息服务均等化机制。
The resources of the public, academic and special libraries should be reexamined and integrated under a viewpoint of an equal access to the public services for the urban and rural citizens of a region. Based on a case study of Ningbo Digital Library service, the paper analyses a mechanism for realizing an e qual access to the information service with a broad coverage, high efficiency and low cost for the citizens of a region, provided by a consortium across the public, academic and special libraries sponsored by the local government departments.
