摘要
分析了国内外高校图书馆对外开放及服务的现状,在对大连市各高校图书馆进行调研的基础上,指出了当前大连市高校系统内图书馆信息服务均等化存在的问题和不足。通过借鉴国内及国外同行业的现行措施,有针对性提出解决信息服务均等化的方法,并就其保障提出了新的观点和看法。
Basing on the research of the academic libraries in Dalian City, this paper analyzes the current status of the library＇ s opening and service at home and abroad. It points out some problems and deficiencies of the equalization of the library information services in the current academic system in Dalian City. Drawing lessons from the existing measures of domestic and foreign profession, the author proposes some effective solutions to the equalization of information services professionally, and puts forwards some creative and practical opinions concerning its protection ac- cordingly.
