摘要
针对琼脂类培养基在进行白僵菌含孢量测定时存在的问题，应用一种新的材料—面粉，制作面粉固体培养基，用此种培养基对白僵菌产品进行培养，作计数测定活孢子数量的试验。经试验，新选的测定方法简便、快速、污染少，能获得理想的测定结果。
In order to deal with the problem of spores amount determination of Beauveriabassisna with agar medium,in this test,the flour solid medium made by a new kind of material-flour,was used to culture Beauveria bassisna and then the Iiving spores were determined.Thetest proves that the new determination method is simple and convenicnt,fast speed, less pol-luted and can obtain a desirable result.
