摘要
研究了用分光光度计法测定白僵菌孢悬液的含孢量。首先用筛选出的适宜稀释液SF1将孢子粉作不同浓度的稀释,使用分光光度计在470nm波长下测出孢悬液的吸光度值(x),再用血球计数板测出对应合孢量(y),得到回归方程y=100.8895x+6.5869(r=0.9678)。经检验,方程回归显著,并且不存在菌株间的差异。孢悬液的适宜稀释浓度范围为1500—2000倍。
In the present paper, the conidial count of Beauveria bassiana conidial powder determined by hemocytometer was studied. After diluted with the selected surfactant'SF1', the acquired conidial suspension was tested for absorbance at the wavelengths of 470nm with model 721 spectophotometer. The regression equation of absorbance (x) and conidial count (y) from hemocytometer counting was y=10 0.8895x+6.5869 (r=0. 9678). There was no significant difference to different strains. In measunng proceeding, the conidial suspension should be diluted by 1500-2000 fold.
