摘要
阐述了科学评价的内涵及其意义,论述和比较了科学评价的主要方法;指出同行评议和引文分析是定性和定量评价的主要方法,综合评价是科学评价的发展趋势,着重强调了坚持评价的社会原则和社会监督的内部和外部机制对评价的客观性和公正性的重要作用。
This article expounds intension and meaning of scientific evaluation .The principal methods of scientific evaluation be discussed and compared of .The authors point out that are methods of qualitative and quantitative evaluation ,which are trade-appraisal and quotation analyses ,comprehensive evaluation is developing trend about scientific evaluation .Stressed on that important significance to objective and fair about evaluation ,which are sociology principle and internal or external supervision mechanism.
