摘要
研究目的:探索城市建设用地集约、节约利用的有效途径,为促进城市经济发展方式转变提供土地资源保障的政策依据。研究方法:以新疆克拉玛依市为例,运用主成分分析法评价分析。研究结论:城市的生机在于产业发展,西部边疆城市土地集约利用的价值标准在于促进城市优势主导产业集群化发展。
