摘要
我国正处于城市化初始阶段,土地资源短缺,城市建设用地粗放利用,如何利用好土地尤其是城市土地成为一个十分迫切的问题。因此,我国的用地现状要求我们必须转变土地粗放利用为集约利用,优化土地利用结构,提高土地利用效率,实现城市建设用地最优使用。本文构建了一套科学合理、简单易行的集约利用评价指标体系和评价方法,以无锡市为例,对城市建设用地集约利用水平进行评价。同时,对评价结果进行分析,提出经济发展水平和宏观政策是影响无锡市城市土地集约利用水平的重要因素,并结合无锡市的实际情况提出促进其集约利用的途径和措施。
China is one of the countries which of land resources is shortly and urban land are used extensively and inefficiently in the preliminary stages of the urbanization process. How to make good use of the land, especially the urban land, is a problem to be deal with urgently. It is urgent to optimize the configuration of land use, and achieve higher efficiency of land use. Taking the Wuxi City as an example, this text use an evaluation index system of land intensive use, which is reasonable, and can be easily manipulated, to evaluate the level of land for urban construction use. Meanwhile, analyse the result of evaluation, put forward that an important factor in the level of land intensive use is the level of economic development and macro policy, combined with the actual situation in Wuxi city , put forward that the ways to promote land intensive use.
