摘要
随着经济全球化和我国现代工业化进程的加速,高等职业教育在培养高端技能型人才方面的作用日益凸显。然而受多种因素的制约,民办高职发展正面临困境。因此民办高职院校必须加大经费投入,大力加强内涵建设,苦练内功,努力提高教学质量,并争取政府更多的支持,力求站稳脚跟,进而实现可持续发展。
With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and China＇ s modern industrialization, the function of higher vocational education in cultivating high-skilled personnel has become increasingly prominent. Restricted by many kinds of factors, however, development of private higher vocational education is in a dilemma. Private higher vocational colleges vigorously, train hard the internal must therefore increase the input of funds, strength strengthen the connotation construction , make efforts to improve the quality of teaching, and seek greater sup- port from the government to gain a firm foothold, thus achieving sustainable develonment.
