摘要
研究了用低品位软锰矿(w(MnO2)≈45%)采用三相加压法制备锰酸钾。通过对主要影响因素进行单因素试验,确定了最优工艺参数。在最优工艺条件下,低品位软锰矿的转化率在95%以上。
Preparation of potassium manganate was researched using low grade pyrolusite by three- phase compression technology. Optimized parameters were obtained by a series of single factor experi- ments. The conversion ratio of MnO2 was of 95% at the optimal condations.
