摘要
对辅助浸金剂高锰酸钾和过氧化氢的加入次序对金氰化浸出行为的影响进行了探讨.试验结果表明,先加高锰酸钾,浸出8h后,再加过氧化氢,比过氧化氢和高锰酸钾混合加入好.在金浸出速度和浸出率基本相同的情况下,可以降低过氧化氢和氰化物的耗量.与常规氰化法相比,过氧化氢与高锰酸钾联合使用时,金的浸出速度和浸出率显著提高,氰化物耗量大大降低.
Eeffects of assisted gold leaching reagents, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide, on the gold cyanide leaching performace are studied. The experiment results show that it is better to add the hydrogen peroxide after 8 hours of leaching by the addition of potassium permanganate at first than to add the mixed hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate. Hydrogen peroxide and cyanide consumptions can be reduced with the similar gold leaching speed and recovery. Compared with ordinary cyanide process, the gold leaching speed and recovery can be greatly increased and cyanide consumption greatly reduced by the cooperative use of potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide.
