摘要
在正交试验的基础上,在高压釜内通过加压制备锰酸钾试验研究了反应温度、反应压强、反应时间等因素对二氧化锰转化率的影响。结果表明在反应温度230℃、反应压力0.2~0.4MPa、反应时间120min、碱锰比12∶1、KOH浓度为50%、搅拌速率在700r/min时综合指标较好。原矿样中的二氧化锰基本被转化,转化最高可达94.89%。
Base on orthogonal test,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure,reaction time and other factors on manganese dioxide conversion ratio in autoclave were investigated by the test of preparation potassium manganate.The results show that the optimal conditions for manganese dioxide conversion reaction are determined as follows: reaction temperature is 230℃,reaction pressure is 0.2~0.4MPa,reaction time is 120 minutes,the proportion of alkali and manganese is 12∶1,the concentration of KOH is about 50%,stirring speed is 700r/min.Under these conditions,the highest conversion ratio of manganese dioxide mostly transformed into potassium manganate,reached 94.89%.
