摘要
应用光纤技术设计了一种新型光纤传感器。该传感器可用于表面粗糙度和微位移测量,本篇论述其在测量表面粗糙度方面的应用。基于光在粗糙表面的散射原理,采用散射光比法,能对Ra≤0.8μm 的粗糙表面实现快速、简便的非接触测量.
A new type of optical fiber sensor has been designed.It can beused for the non-contact measurements of surface roughness and micro-displa-cement.This paper will deal with the former.Based on the principle of lightscattering from rough surface,the sensor can realize the non-contact measure-ment of surface roughness,quickly and simply,with the method of the ratioof reflacted light intensities when Ra is less than or equal to 0.8 μm.
