摘要
本文论述了采用多模光纤束非接触测量表面粗糙度的方法;介绍了光纤测试系统主要参数的选取;提出了提高系统分辨率和稳定性的措施;最后给出了研磨制件表面粗糙度的实测结果。
This paper describes a contactless method to measure the surface roughness using the paragons optical fiber bunch. Point out how to hoose the main characteristics of the optical measuring system. It also shows the steps for increasing the distinguish and the stability of the system. Then gives the results for measuring the grinded surface roughness.
