摘要
对比了在激光熔覆过程中,实心高斯激光和空心环状激光这两种不同激光热源的能量分布情况,利用ANSYS软件对这两种激光热源的熔覆温度场进行了有限元分析,根据模拟结果分析了这两种激光热源对熔池表面形状的影响,从而得出结论:空心环状激光比实心激光的能量分布更为合理,可以得到较为平坦的熔池表面形状,从而减小熔池表面对激光的漫反射区域,避免旁轴同步送粉装置喷口处粉末被反射激光熔化而堵塞喷口的情况发生。
During the laser cladding process, compared the energy distributions of the Gaussian laser beam and the annular laser beam, used ANSYS software with finite element analysis of temperature field of two different heat source, according to the simulation results, analyzed the influence of the surface configuration of the pool. Thereby concluded: the annular laser beam has a more reasonable energy distribution than the Gaussian laser beam, it can obtain a more flat pool surface, thus reduces the diffuse reflection area of the laser, to avoid the vents of synchronization powder-feeding apparatus get clogged by the powder which is melted by the reflected laser.
