摘要
鞍钢宪法是新中国成立后本土诞生并对后福特制产生重要影响,从而具有世界性意义的管理思想。本文借鉴遗传、变异、选择机制的演化分析方法,建构了管理移植的动态演化模型,考察了鞍钢宪法对20世纪管理思想移植路径的影响和作用,进一步明确了鞍钢宪法作为本土化的管理思想的价值,以及在管理学范式转换与重建中承载的世界意义。
Anshan Steel Factory Management Constitution which has much influence to Post-Fordism is one of the important management thoughts of native China with much worldwide significance. In this paper, we construct a four-dimensional dynamic evolution model of management transplantation based the evolution analysis method which including three mechanisms of inheritance, variation and selection. When investigate the management transplant history in the 20th century under this model, we find that Anshan Steel Factory Management Constitution changed the basic form and its propagation paths of the whole transplant process of management thoughts and made a prominent contribution to the growth of management knowledge. This research makes it clear that Anshan Steel Factory Management Constitution is an indigenous resource of Chinese management and with general significance in the shift and reconstruction of management paradigm.
