摘要
目的:观察抑囊助孕汤对造模大鼠性激素及卵巢形态的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为5组,病理模型组50只和正常对照组10只,再将病理模型组随机分为空白模型组20只,中药治疗组、达英-35治疗组、中药加达英-35治疗组各10只,除正常对照组外其余各组采用硫酸普拉睾酮钠颈部皮下注射建立多囊卵巢动物模型。抑囊助孕汤及达英-35治疗20天后测定血清T、LH、FSH、E2含量,并观察卵巢组织形态。结果:抑囊助孕汤能显著降低PCOS模型大鼠血清T、LH含量,改善LH/FSH,增加卵巢颗粒细胞层数,增加黄体组织数量。结论:抑囊助孕汤可改善多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症,调节LH/FSH,控制LH异常增高,且具有多途径、多环节、多靶点的特点。
Objective：To observe influence of Sex hormones and Ovarian morphology of PCOS Rats by using Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction.Methods： 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,Pathological model groups had 50,Normal control group had 10,and Pathological model groups were divided into Blank model group with 20,Traditional Chinese medicine group,Diane-35 group,and Traditional Chinese medicineDiane-35 group every group with 10.Pathological model groups were subcutaneous injected Sodium Prasterone Sulfate for building PCOS models.To determine T、LH、FSH、E2 in Serum,and observe ovarian morphology after Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction and Diane-35 were given for 20d.Result： Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction can reduce T、LH and LH/FSH in Serum of PCOS Rats,increase the layers ovarian granulosa cells and the number of luteal tissue.Conclusion： Inhibiting Polycystic to Progesterone Decoction is multi-channel,multi-link,multi-target,which can Improve hyperandrogenism,adjust LH/FSH,and control abnormal increase of LH.
