摘要
该文分析阐述了多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)中、西医发病机制,通过临床及实验方面的文献研究,从影响基因及调控因子的表达、纠正内分泌激素紊乱、改善胰岛素抵抗和纠正糖脂代谢紊乱、改善卵巢形态、助孕及改善妊娠结局五个方面阐述了近年来中医药干预PCOS的研究成果。
This paper expounds the Chinese and western medicine pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）through clinical and experimental aspects of the literature research：the effects of the expression of gene and regulatory factors, correcting endocrine hormone disorder, improving insulin resistance and correcting sugar lipid metabolic disorder, improving ovarian morphology, assisted reproduction and improving the pregnancy outcome to expound TCM intervention in PCOS research results in recent years.
