A型肉毒毒素治疗前额多汗症的体会 被引量：2

摘要 多汗症是由于交感神经过度兴奋引起汗腺分泌过多汗液的一种疾病，包括全身性多汗和局部多汗，发病率为0．5％，1．0％。有家族遗传倾向，是一种常见的难以治愈的疾病，目前病因不明。局部多汗症多见于面部、腋部、手掌或足底，虽然不会伤害患者的身体健康，但会影响正常的工作和生活，甚至会使患者产生心理障碍不愿参与正常的社交活动。
