摘要
为建立一种快速比较瓜果皮浸提液体外抗氧化能力的新方法,用微波辅助快速浸提样品,利用碱性鲁米诺-过氧化氢-铬流动注射化学发光体系,依据瓜果皮浸提液中抗氧化活性物质对过氧化氢的抑制作用,在优化的最佳条件下进行测定,计算其抑制率.结果表明:15种样品的抑制率为15.68%~44.24%,其中橘子皮的抗氧化活性最高,香蕉皮最低.
In order to establish a new method about quickly comparing the antioxidant activity of amphisarca rinds in vitro,the samples were extracted by microwave,utilizing the flow-injection chemiluminescence of Luminol-H2O2-Cr3+ system.According to the inhibiting effect which antioxidants react on the H2O2,the inhibition ratio was calculated under the optimum conditions.The result indicated that the inhibition ratio of 15 kinds of amphisarca rinds is from 15.68 % to 44.24 %.The maximum was orange peel sample and the minimum was the banana peel sample.
