流动注射化学发光同时测定废水中的三价铬和六价铬 被引量:20

Simultaneous Determination of Chromium (Ⅱ) and Chromium (Ⅵ) in Waste Water With Flow Injection Analysis Monitored by Chemiluminescence

摘要 首次将镀铜锌粒作成优良的还原柱,在线还原Cr(Ⅵ)成 Cr(Ⅲ),以鲁米诺-H~2O~2(KBr)体系流动注射化学发光同时测定废水中两种价态的铬.分析速率为 60试样/h;线性范围为1.0×10~(-5)~1.0×10~(-9)mol/L;测Cr(Ⅲ)及Cr(Ⅵ)的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为0.37%~4.0%及1.2%~4.4%;测定Cr(Ⅲ)的检出限2.3×10~(-11)mol/L.测定结果与标准方法无显著差异.还原柱至少可供2200次进样使用. Two valence types of Cr in waste water were determined simultaneously with flow injection analysis monitored by chemiluminescence from luminol-H2O2(KBr) system based on the in-site reduction of Cr( Ⅵ ) to Cr( Ⅲ ) by an excellent reduction column made of zinc coated with copper. The shunt divided the sample into two portions. The analysis rate was 60 samples/h, and the dynamic range of the analysis 1 × 10-5- 1 × 10-9mol/L. The relative standard deviation(n - 6) was 0. 37%-4. 0% for Cr( Ⅲ ) and 1. 2%-4. 4% for Cr( Ⅵ ). The detection limit for Cr( Ⅲ ) was 2. 3×10-11mol/L. and the determination results for waste water samples were in good agreement with those of ,he standard method. The reduction column can be used for 2200 samples at least.
