摘要
采用流动注射技术研究了Ｌ－酪氨酸－高锰酸钾－过氧化氢体系的化学发光行为，对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨．建立了化学发光法测定Ｌ－酪氨酸的新方法．方法的检出限为３．８×１０－７ｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为１．０×１０－６～１．０×１０－４ｇ／ｍＬ．对合成试样中的三种浓度的Ｌ－酪氨酸测定的回收率在９７％～１０５％之间，相对标准偏差小于３％．
The relations between the development of materials science and ecological environment are discussed. The essentials of ecomaterial are analysed and its definition is put forward. Research methods and contents of ecomaterial are reviewed systematically.
