摘要
目的对鄂西冬凌草化学成分进行研究。方法运用正相、反相硅胶柱层析和HPLC分离冬凌草叶乙醇提取物,利用现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果鄂西冬凌草乙醇提取物中得到7个化合物,分别是冬凌草甲素①,Lasiokaurin②,对羟基苯甲醛③,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯④,5-羟基-3',4',6,7-四甲氧基黄酮⑤,5-羟基-3',4',7-三甲氧基黄酮⑥,4',5,7-三甲氧基黄酮⑦。结论 7个化合物均为首次从鄂西地区该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia rubescens Hemsl.in the western part of Hubei Province.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from the EtOH extract of Rabdosia rubescens Hemsl.,then purified by normal and reverse column chromatography and HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectroscopy analysis.Results Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract of Rabdosia rubescens Hemsl..They were identified as rubescensin A(1),Lasiokaurin(2),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(3),dibutylphthalate(4),5-hydroxy-3',4',6,7-tetramethoxyflavone(5),5-hydroxy-3',4',7-trimethoxyflavone(6),4',5,7-trimethoxyflavone(7).Conclusion It was the first time for these seven compounds to be isolated from that plant in the western part of Hubei Province.
