摘要
目的 :探讨以 95 %乙醇对冬凌草叶进行提取的最佳条件。方法 :通过正交试验 ,以 HPLC法测定提取物中冬凌草甲素的含量为指标进行研究。结果 :最佳方法为提取时间 4h(提取两次 ) ,加 95 %乙醇比 10∶ 1,提取温度 70℃。结论 :该方法提取冬凌草叶效果较好。
Objective: Studies on the optimal extraction conditions of Blushred Rabdosia Leaves by 95% alcohol. Methods: It was studied by orthogonal experimental design and oridonin in extraction was determined by HPLC. Results: Results showed that extraction with 10∶1 95% alcohol; at 70℃, four hours (two times) gave the best result. Conclusion: This method is with good effect.
