摘要
通过对堵塞球进行受力分析,建立了堵塞球在井下的运动方程;针对堵塞球在携砂液中的运动,分析了支撑剂对堵塞球运动的影响,建立了堵塞球在携砂液中的运动方程;采用梯形法和四阶龙格库塔法对堵塞球运动方程进行了数值求解。根据建立的运动方程进行了实例计算,分析了堵塞球密度、施工排量和液体黏度等参数对堵塞球运动状态,特别是堵塞球最终运动速度的影响。堵塞球的运动主要分为初期短暂加速和后期匀速运动阶段,排量是影响堵塞球运动的关键因素。
This paper presents the motion equation of ball in the downhole through force analysis.Aiming at ballmovement in sand carrier,this paper establishes the ball motion equation in sand carrier by analysis of the proppant'sinfluence on the ball motion.The trapezia and four order Runge-Kutta method are used to solve the ball motionequation.Example calculations are conducted on a field well according to the established motion equation.Theeffect of ball density,discharge,fluid viscosity and the ball final velocity is analyzed.The ball motion consist ofearly short acceleration and later uniform motion,and the discharge is the key factor influencing the ball motion.
