摘要
球座密封副是石油钻采施工中常用的井下工具密封形式,尤其随着井下作业形式的多样化发展,涌现出新的应用形式。然而目前没有成熟规范的井下球座密封副设计方法,尤其对于新型球座缺乏理论指导,无法保证其返排性能。研究了封堵球的受力情况,分别针对传统单孔球座与多孔球座的解封返排性能提出了半锥角参数的设计范围,研究了施工工艺参数对球座结构设计参数的影响。结果表明:相同尺寸封堵球在传统单孔球座与新型多孔球座应用中应选择不同的球座结构设计参数,同时应考虑密封压差和返排压差的影响。
Ball sealer is a kind of sealing method widely used in downhole application. New appliea tions of the ball sealer were developed with requirement of diversified downhole operation. How- ever, there is no standard structure design method. The flowbaek character of ball sealer is out of control espeeially on multihole sealer. In this paper, unset character and flowbaek character of the sealer are studied. Structure design parameter range is proposed for both eonventional singlehole sealer and multihole sealer. The effeets of application parameters on structure design parameters are studied. The results show that different dimensions should be used in different sealer type. The sealing pressure difference and flowbaek pressure difference should be referred in deigning.
