摘要
目的:探讨分析非手术疗法治疗Ⅲ型(严重移位型)小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:对62例Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折病例,按就诊顺序随机分为三维牵引手法复位组32例(治疗组)和切开复位内固定组30例(对照组),所有病例均治疗随访8个月～2年。按肘关节功能评价系统(JOA)对疗效进行比较评定。结果:治疗组优良率87.5%,对照组优良率66.7%。治疗组的优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三维牵引配合正骨手法治疗Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效好,值得临床推广。
Objective： To analyse the efficacy of the tape III children humeral supracondylar fracture treated with the 3d hauling and close reduction.Methods： 62 patients with tape III humeral supracondylar fracture were randomly divided into the control（30 patients） group and the treatment groups（32 patients）.Patients in the control group were treated by open reduction and internal fixation;patients in the treatment group were treated by 3d hauling and Close Reduction.All of 62 patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months.The JOA score were evaluated for all of 62 patients.Results： The fine rate was 87.5%,66.7% separately in the treatment group and in the control group.The fine rate in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of the tape III children humeral supracondylar fracture treated with the 3d hauling and close reduction is satisfactory,and this way is worth to be popularized.
