摘要
目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位及锁骨肩峰端骨折的疗效。方法对31例Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位及锁骨肩峰端骨折应用锁骨钩钢板治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果31例患者中仅2例拆除内固定后出现了轻度脱位现象,对功能无影响,手术优良率达100%。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位及锁骨肩峰端骨折是一种快捷、有效的方法。
Objective To discuss therapeutic outcomes of type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and clavicular acromial end fracture treated with clavicular hook plate. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 31 patients with type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and clavicular acromial end fracture, who were treated with clavicular hook plate. Results Among the 31 patients, there were only two ones with slight dislocation after removing their internal fixation. The excellent rate of the surgical operation reached nearly up to 100%. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate can act as an easy and effective therapeutic approach to type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation and clavicular acromial end fracture.
