摘要
目的探讨宫颈病变组织中半乳凝素Galectin-3的表达及其临床意义.方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测Galectin-3蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及浸润性宫颈癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期各10例组中的表达.10例正常宫颈作对照.结果宫颈癌Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期组织中Galectin-3表达阳性率均为90%,高于正常宫颈组织组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).宫颈肿瘤>2 cm组织中Galectin-3表达阳性率为94.75%,高于≤2 cm组阳性率63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Galectin-3在宫颈癌中的高表达与宫颈癌肿瘤大小发生和进展有关,可能成为监测宫颈癌病情进展有价值的标志物.
Objective To study the expression of Galectin-3 in cervical carcinoma and its significance.Method Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3 protein in 10 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 10 patients with invasive cervical carcinoma in stageⅠ to stage Ⅲ respectively.10 patients with normal cervix were used as control.Results The positive rates of Galectin-3 were 90% in cervical carcinoma in stage Ⅱand Ⅲ groups.It was higher than the normal cervical group,and the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of the group of tumors2 cm was 94.75%,which was higher than the group of tumors≤2 cm（P0.05）.Conclusions High expression of Galectin-3 is significantly associated with tumor sizes.The differential expression of Galectin-3 suggests that Galectin-3 is related to the occurrence and progression of cervical carcinoma.It will become a valuable marker for detecting the progression of cervical carcinoma.
