摘要
目的研究严重创伤大鼠血清中β-内啡肽(β-EP)、白介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的动态变化.方法采用右后1/4截肢造成严重创伤模型,于术后1 d、3 d、5 d、10 d及15 d通过放射免疫技术(RIA)测定大鼠血清中β-EP、TNF-α、IL-10含量.结果严重创伤早期β-EP、IL-10、TNF-α含量明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).β-EP于8 d后恢复正常水平,TNF-α于2周后恢复正常,而IL-10增高持续至15 d后.结论动态观察β-EP、TNF-α和IL-10变化有助于评价病情程度.
Objective To investigate the changes of TNF-α,β-EP and IL-10 in the plasma of rats after severe trauma.Methods The concentration of TNF-α,β-EP and IL-10 in the plasma of rats was determined by radiommunoassay on day 1,3,5,10,15 post-trauma.The same indexes of rats in the control group were observed simultaneously.Results The concentration of TNF-α,β-EP and IL-10 were obviously increased after trauma,the plasma levels of TNF-αreturned to normal level after two weeks,the levels of β-EP were returned to normal level after eight days,but the levels of IL-10 were still in the high levels after fifteen days.Conclusion Stress reaction after severe trauma increases the secretion of TNF-α,β-EP and IL-10,intensifies secondary injury.Obervation of the dynamic changes may suggest the process of trauma.
