摘要
目的采用自适应光学技术分析实时动态矫正单项高阶像差对视力的影响。方法对照研究。在暗室中,对12位年轻健康志愿者给予右眼5g/L盐酸去氧肾上腺素散瞳,使瞳孔直径达到6.0mm以上。通过光学镜片对受试者的近视和散光充分矫正,利用自适应光学系统进行彗差、三叶草像差、球差和球差外4阶像差等不同单项高阶像差的矫正,同时进行100%对比度视力的检测。采用配对t检验来分析不同矫正策略之间的视力差异和像差RMS值差异。结果不同单项高阶像差均被彻底矫正,其余像差保持不变。矫正彗差、三叶草像差、球差和球差外4阶像差后,受试者的视力分别平均提高了0.021LogMAR、0.017LogMAR、0.022LogMAR和0.025LogMAR,视力变化率分另4为(-0.40±1.22)LogMAR/μm、(-0.20±0.61)LogMAR/ixm、(-0.80±1.44)LogMAR/μm和(-0.30±0.57)LogMAR/μm。不同单项高阶像差矫正下的视力和残余像差均方根值呈线性关系(R2=0.13,P〈0.01)。结论在正常人眼高阶像差中,球差对视力的影响程度最大,其次是彗差、球差外4阶像差和三叶草像差,视力的变化和残余像差均方根值呈线性相关。
Objective To analyze the effects of single mode's high-order aberration on visual acuity in real time dynamically corrected using adaptive optics technique. Methods Control study. In a dark room, twelve young healthy volunteers were administrated with 5 g/L phenylephedrine to fully dilate the right eye's pupil to a diameter over 6 mm. The subjects' myopia and astigmatism were fully corrected using optical lenses. Coma, trefoil, spherical aberration and other forth-order aberrations except for spherical aberration were corrected using adaptive optics, and 100% contrast visual acuity was simultaneously measured. Results All single mode's high-order aberrations were fully corrected, whereas other aberrations remained unchanged. Mean visual acuity of subjects was improved by 0. 021 LogMAR, 0. 017 LogMAR, 0. 022 LogMAR and 0. 025 LogMAR after correction of coma, trefoil, spherical aberration and other forth-order aberrations except for spherical aberration, respectively. Ratio of change in visual acuity was ( - 0. 40 ± 1.22) LogMAR/μm,( -0.20 ±0.61) LogMAR/μm,( -0.80 ± 1.44) LogMAR/μm and ( -0.30 ±0. 57) LogMAR/μm, respectively. There was a linear correlation between visual acuity after correction of single mode's different high-order aberrations and RMS of residual aberrations ( R2 = 0. 13, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Among high-order aberrations in normal human eye, spherical aberration generates a most impact on visual acuity, followed by coma, other forth-order aberrations except for spherical aberration and trefoil. A linear correlation was found between change in visual acuity and RMS of residual aberrations.
