复发性翼状胬肉术后像差的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨复发性翼状胬肉术后像差变化与视觉质量下降的原因。方法将50例(50眼)翼状胬肉患者(其中原发性27例、复发性23例)分为两组,均行翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜移植手术。分别记录两组患者术前、术后7d、术后1个月的裸眼视力、散光、总高阶像差、慧差、球差、三叶草差的均方根值。结果两组患者术后7d、术后1个月的各项高阶像差值均较术前明显下降,与自身正常眼相比,原发性胬肉组术后1个月几乎无残余像差存在,而复发性翼状胬肉组术后1个月的各项波前像差值均较自身对照眼显著增加。结论手术不能完全消除复发性胬肉患者的高阶像差,复发性翼状胬肉术后有残余波前像差的存在可能与患者术后视觉质量下降有关。 Objective To determine the aberrations changes and the reason for the decrease of visual quality after pterygium excision. Methods Fifty patients with pterygium (27 with primary pterygium and 23 with recurrent pterygium) were divided into two groups. Each of them was received ptergium excision with conjunctival autograft. Visual acuity, corneal astigmatism and higher order aberrations were measured preoperatively, 7 days and l month postoperatively. Results Root mean square of total high order aberration was significantly reduced by surgery in both two groups. As compared to normal fellow eyes, there were residual aberrations one month after surgery in the recurrent pterygium group, while few in primary pterygium. Conclusions Recurrent pterygium patients have wavefront aberrations, which can' t be removed by surgery completely. Residual aberrations might explain the decrease of visual quality.
