摘要
和谐号动车组均采用微机直通电空制动系统,由电子制动控制单元响应列车控制指令,实现网络通讯、空电复合制动控制、防滑控制、故障诊断和信息存储等所有控制功能。电子制动控制单元由3大技术平台组成:①应用软件平台,基于故障导向安全控制原则设计,实现了制动系统的所有控制策略和逻辑,并具备良好的故障诊断能力,便于进行系统故障定位、维修;②硬件平台,采用基于分布式网络和微机控制的标准化、模块化的智能模块组合而成;③软件开发平台,采用基于V模型的开发流程,实现了从需求定义到最终产品的软件开发。
Computer-bypass electro-pneumatic braking system has adopted in China EMU. The train control instructions are response by electronic brake control unit through network communications. All control functions, including EP&ED blending-brake control, wheel- slide-protect control, fault diagnosis and storage, are fulfilled. Electronic brake control unit formed by the three technology platforms:① application software platform based on the principle of fault-driven security controls designed to achieve the braking system of all control strategies and logic, and a good fault diagnostic capabilities for easy system fault location and maintenance are achieved; ② hardware platform based on distributed networks and computer-controlled system, which is combined by standardized modular intelligent module;③Software development platform based on the model V-type development process, which applying the whole process of software development from requirements definition to achieve the final product.
