摘要
针对影响高速动车组备用制动系统气密性故障检测效果的主要因素,从简化检测流程、提高检测效率和准确性方面进行研究,介绍了所研究的新型诊断方法及配套装置。该方法可以有效提高备用制动系统的气密性故障诊断精度,使其精确到具体元件,解决了当备用制动系统出现轻微泄漏点时无法准确排查的问题,同时避免了因检测精度低造成大范围更换元件的现象,降低了维修成本。希望以此为我国高速动车组运用、维修领域中各类故障诊断技术的研究提供参考和启发。
Focus on the key factors affecting the diagnostic on airtightness fault of high-speed EMU emergency braking system,conduct a research of simplifying diagnostic process and improving the efficiency and accuracy of diagnostic,this paper reviews the new diagnostic method and corollary device.The precision of diagnosis can be increased by using the new diagnostic method,and specific components can be checked to cost saving.The aim is to provide assistance and guidance to relevant researchers in developing new diagnostic technologies for the operation and maintenance field of Chinese high-speed EMU.
