摘要
基于卡托普利对牛血红蛋白模拟酶催化体系的抑制作用,建立了酶催化光度法测定卡托普利的新方法。研究了该抑制反应的最佳实验条件及动力学行为,测定的线性范围为6.23×10-8~1.25×10-5 mol/L,检出限为3.88×10-9 mol/L。对浓度为6.23×10-6 mol/L的卡托普利进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为3.5%,方法可用于卡托普利片中卡托普利含量的测定。
A high sensitive and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of captopril based on the inhibition of hemoglobin for the oxidation of H202 with acid chrome blue K (ACBK) was developed. The percentage inhibition (I%) of system is calculated under the optimal experimental conditions. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 6.23 ×10^ -8 - 1.25 ×10^ -5mol/L, with the detection limit of 3.88 ×10^ -8mol/L. The relative standard deviations of this method are 3.5% at 6. 23×10^-6 mol/L for 11 determinations. This method can be suitable for the determination of captopril in captopril tablets with satisfactory results.
