真空沿面放电过程聚四氟乙烯分解特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用质谱分析法对真空沿面放电聚四氟乙烯分解产物进行研究,检测出σ断裂出现的聚四氟乙烯分解产物质量数峰值,证明了真空沿面放电过程中聚四氟乙烯存在表面分解现象。观测到闪络发生前聚四氟乙烯的超前分解现象,并从真空沿面放电产生气体来源出发对此现象进行了解释。给出了真空沿面闪络聚四氟乙烯分解产物数量的计算方法,虽实验检测结果与理论计算值存在误差,但对定量研究真空沿面放电产生气体提供了初步的线索。 The decomposition product of PTFE in surface discharge process in vacuum was studied by mass spectrometry.The mass peaks of decomposition product of PTFE theoretically predicted by σ splitting mechanism were detected,which prove the decomposition phenomena of PTFE in the surface discharge process in vacuum.The pre-decomposition phenomenon of PTFE before surface flashover was observed and was explained by analyzing the source of gas generated by surface discharge.The calculation method of the amount of decomposition product of PTFE was given.The experimental results in surface discharge in vacuum are consistent with the theoretical analysis results,which provide a clue to quantitatively study the gas generated by surface discharge in vacuum.
