摘要
以聚四氟乙烯为例研究了交流电压下聚合物绝缘材料在真空中沿面闪络发生前的表面发光特性 .观察到了两个明显不同的发光阶段 :较低电压下的低发光量的稳定发光 (A阶段 )和稍高电压下的剧烈、无规则的发光 (B阶段 ) .认为A阶段的发光是由于从电极注入的电子与空穴在绝缘体表层内的复合而引起的电致发光 ;对于B阶段 ,则提出了一种新的模型 。
Examined is the initiation mechanism of flashover along the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) under AC voltage in vacuum. Two distinct phases of light emission were observed,i.e.,a stable low level optical process under low voltage,so called phase A,and an irregularly intense process called phase B for a lightly higher voltage.The results suggest that phase A is due to electroluminescence (EL) produced by the recombination of electrons and holes injected from electrodes. A new model has been proposed to explain the optical phenomena in phase B and the developing process of surface flashover.
