摘要
合成了6种Brφnsted酸性离子液体,以其作为催化剂,用于水杨酸酯的合成中。实验结果表明,所选离子液体对水杨酸乙酯的合成都具有较高的催化活性,其中[HSO3-pmim][OTf]的催化效果最好。以[HSO3-pmim][OTf]为催化剂,考察酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度及离子液体的用量对酯化率的影响。最佳实验条件为:n(水杨酸):n(乙醇)=1:3,反应时间5h,反应温度100℃,离子液体催化剂用量5mmol。最后,以[HSO3-pmim][OTf]为催化剂,考察了不同醇与水杨酸的酯化反应。
In this paper,several Brφnsted acidic ionic liquids,using for the catalyzed esterification synthesis of ethyl salicylate,were synthesized The results show that these catalysts have high catalytic activity,of which was the most efficient catalyst.Influences of n(alcohol): n(salicylic acid),catalyst dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature were also investigated.The optimal experimental conditions were gotten : n(acid): n(ethanol) = 1:3,reaction time 5h,the reaction temperature 100 ℃,ionic liquid catalyst 5mmol.Finally,influence of esterification of different alcohols with salicylic acid was investigated.
