摘要
1例36岁女性患者,因上呼吸道感染,口服盐酸洛美沙星胶囊0.4 g,1.5 h后出现头晕、偏头痛、心悸、心律不齐,手抖、周身无力、嘴唇及四肢麻木,继而出现胸闷、颜面轻度水肿、口唇及双手轻度紫绀、四肢冰冷。立即给予吸氧,口服异丙嗪片2.5 mg,肌注地塞米松5 mg,静脉输液约20 min后,心悸、胸闷症状缓解,麻木症状持续约3 h,用药后约7 h出现四肢关节疼痛,11 h后出现颜面部发热红斑,36 h后所有症状消失。
One 36 year-old female patient took lomefloxacin hydrochloride capsules 0.4 g for acute upper respiratory infection, about 1.5 h later she developed dizziness, migraine, palpitation, cardiacarrhythmia, hand shakes, the whole body to be incapable, numbness of lip and limbs, subsequently presented the chest distress, face countenance mild dropsy, lips and both hands mild cyanosis, four limbs ice-cold. Oxygen, promethazine tablets 2.5 mg, intramuscular injection dexamethasone 5 mg were given. About 20 minutes for intravenous transfusion, the symptom of palpitation and chest distress alleviated, and the numb symptom lasted 3 hours, 7 hours later, she presented limbs joint ache and 11 hours later the face heat and with red spot. And 36 hours later all symptoms vanished.
