摘要
加强大学生就业思想政治教育是新时期大学生思想政治教育工作的重要内容。地方院校大学生在激烈的就业竞争中处于劣势,在其就业中表现出的各种思想问题与相应的思想政治教育缺失有关,要通过思想理论课教学、职业生涯辅导、专业课教学、社会实践、创新创业等途径,增强大学生就业思想意识,促进大学生充分就业。
Ideological and political education before employment is an important task of ideological and political education in colleges in the new era.Graduates from local colleges and universities in an inferior position in fierce competition in seeking employment,and their various ideological problems in seeking employment is involved with inadequacy of ideological and political education before graduation.Therefore,it is necessary improve their education in this aspect via such means as ideological and theoretical courses,profession and career counseling,special discipline education,social practice and innovation,etc,so as to better prepare college students＇ for employment and promote their employment.
