摘要
目的观察化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃排空患者的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组给予化浊解毒方,每日1剂。早、晚两次空腹服;对照组给予胃复春片,每次4片,每天3次,饭前30min服用。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。两组在治疗时停用其他治疗慢性胃炎的药物。观察两组患者临床症状(包括胃脘胀满、堵闷、疼痛、嗳气、烧心等)。实验室检查:运用13C-呼气试验检测两组患者治疗前后胃对固体食物的排空情况,并进行症状积分,检测结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗组在临床疗效总有效率半排空时间(T1/2)延迟相时间(Tlag)胃排空系数(GEC)优于对照组,两组统计学处理差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组均能改善胃动力,促进胃排空。结论运用化浊解毒方药,观察治疗前后慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃排空指标和症状评分的变化,进一步证实化浊解毒方对本病患者胃肠动力方面的确切疗效,从而更好地指导临床实践。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic gastric empting effects of the eliminating turbidity and detoxification medicine on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Method 60 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group（30 cases） and a control group（30cases）. The patients of the treatment group were treated with the eliminating turbidity and detoxification medicine, taken one doze daily, and by halves in the morning and evening before meals; the patients of the control group were treated with Weifuchun tablet, taken 4 tablets once, three times per day, 30 minutes before each meal. One month＇s treatment formed one course of treatment. The course of treatment lasted for two periods. During the treatment, patients stopped taking any other medicine for the disease. Finally, their clinical symptoms, such as epigastralgia, morning satiety, sickness, belching, were observed and compared. Experimental examinations： By ~ac aspiration experiments the conditions of the gastric empty solid food were examined respectively before and after the treatment, at the same time the svmotomswere collected and added, the results were statically analyzed. Results The curative effects, half emptying time （T~/2）, delay time （Tlag）, gastric emptying coefficient （GEC） of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical symptoms （CAG） and three gastric emptying indexes of chronic atrophic gastritis were improved in the patients of the treatment group and the controls. Conclusion The eliminating turbidity and detoxification medicine can improve gastric power and promote gastric emptying, which enriches the theory of eliminating turbidity and thus it can be applied to guide the clinical oractice.
