摘要
在系统布置设计(SLP)理论的基础上,通过分析某文具公司记事本生产车间的物流现状和平面布置,运用从至表分析方法,对装配车间的设施布局进行重新规划和设计,减少运输路线、缩短生产周期和降低生产成本,最终实现车间内物流顺畅的同时,达到经济效益最大化。
Based on the SLP（ Systematic Layout Planning） .this article aims at re -planning and redesigning the layout of the assembly shop＇ s facilities, to reduce the number of transportation routes and the production cost, shorten the production cycle by analyzing one stationery company＇ s logistics status and workshop layout and applying ＂from to nlatrix method＂, so that the stationery company can finally achieve the workshop logistics smoothly and maximize economie benefits as well.
